Booking and Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your confirmed appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled time. Should we receive less than 24 hours' notice, or if you fail to keep your appointment, your credit card will be charged a $100 late cancellation or no-show fee. Please note that arriving more than 15 minutes late is considered a no-show, and you will need to reschedule your appointment. The no-show fee will apply in this case as well.
