We understand that plans can change. Because Purifi IV & Aesthetics Nashville is an appointment-only practice, each appointment time is reserved specifically for you.
A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your appointment and is applied toward your visit when the appointment is completed.
If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. With 24 or more hours’ notice, your booking fee may be transferred one time to a new appointment.
Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice, no-shows, or arrival more than 15 minutes late will result in forfeiture of the booking fee.
A new booking fee is required to schedule another appointment after a forfeited booking fee
